By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Mystic Mischief Collective reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Services Provided
Our readings and energy work are spiritual, intuitive tools intended for personal growth, reflection, and empowerment. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, or psychological services. We do not diagnose, treat, or promise specific outcomes.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Refunds are generally not offered for completed sessions, but we’re happy to reschedule or discuss concerns.
4. Cancelation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows may result in forfeited payments.
5. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, discriminatory, or makes us feel unsafe. We strive to create inclusive and affirming space for all.
6. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential. We will never share what you disclose in a reading or consultation unless legally required to do so.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content on this site is the property of Mystic Mischief Collective and may not be used without permission.
8. Virtual Services
You are responsible for having a stable internet connection for virtual readings. We cannot issue refunds for issues caused by client-side tech problems.
